• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, perfume, makeup stains, or damage.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

• In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.
